We were very sorry to hear of the recent passing of Sean Nickerson. As Quality Control Manager for Peening Technologies of Georgia for over twenty years, he was an integral part of our business. He retired in August of last year. His two decades of dedicated service helped to build the company we are today. The entire Peen Tech family extends our sincere condolences to his family and friends. He will be missed.

Congratulations to our own Walter A. Beach who has been appointed Chairperson of the SAE Surface Enhancement Committee. Walter succeeds Jack Champaigne of Electronics, Inc., in this role.

Walter has worked with this group for over 20 years in various capacities, most recently as Chair of the Aerospace Surface Enhancement Committee (ASEC). This talented group of professionals continue to pursue one goal – the continual improvement of the shot peening process.
