20 years of Team Luciani - and what a way to celebrate 💚

We had such a fun night surrounded by the team, clients, friends, and partners who have been part of this journey over the years.

What John has built over the last 20 years is an incredible accomplishment, and it would not be possible without the amazing team behind him and the clients who have continued to trust us along the way.

So grateful for everyone who came out to celebrate with us….cheers to 20 years!!!

What a fantastic day on the course!

A heartfelt thank you to all of our sponsors, Brothers, friends, golfers, volunteers, and supporters who came together yesterday to make the Valley Lodge No. 36 A.F.& A.M. Charity Golf Tournament such a success. Your generosity, enthusiasm, and commitment to supporting our community are what make this event possible year after year.

We couldn't have asked for better weather - a perfect day for golf, fellowship, and fun. From the first tee shot to the final awards presentation and raffle, the camaraderie and support shown by everyone in attendance made the day truly special.

A special thank you goes to Simsbury Farms Golf Course and Pro Shop and Birdie & The Barrel for their outstanding hospitality. The food was extraordinary, the service was exceptional, and they helped provide a memorable experience for everyone involved.

Whether you sponsored a hole, donated a raffle prize, volunteered your time, registered a team, or simply came out to support the event, please know that your contribution makes a real difference. Together, we continue to strengthen and support our local community.

Thank you all for helping make this year's tournament one to remember. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

No tree strike is too big for Team Luciani. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing when we arrived for this emergency tarping job…but our team got right to work securing the property and protecting it from any further damage. 🫡

Today, we’re celebrating two major employee milestones: 10 YEARS with Team Luciani!

Angel has been with our team since the very beginning of our Branford / Shoreline franchise. Known for running the most organized truck on the team, performing the cleanest demo work every time, and being our go-to expert on duct cleaning and mold! Angel has also helped grow our team in the best way, bringing his wife Chelly on board (who’s become just as valuable of a team member), and even his son has pitched in for seasonal work. Team Luciani truly runs in the family. Thank you, Angel, for being such an important part of our team for 10 years! 💚

Today, we’re celebrating two major employee milestones: 10 YEARS with Team Luciani!

Mitch has also been apart of our team since the start of our Branford / Shoreline franchise! If something’s broken, Mitch can fix it, and he does it (very) fast. If there’s an odd-job to be done, Mitch always finds a way to make it happen. He’s truly the embodiment of a “Can Do” attitude. And customers notice it too….more than once, we’ve been told they want to hire him themselves! Thank you, Mitch, for a decade of dedication and being such a core part of Team Luciani. 💚
