ce. As a resident and member-owner you are charged with the responsibility to help maintain your house and keep it in good condition for future members. But with that responsibility comes the freedom to truly control how you want to live: through member-driven renovation work, gardening, painting, house meal plans, and even deciding how much you pay.

Hey co-opers! The SHC’s annual alumni newsletter, the Wind Through the Pines, will be published real soon— on Sunday, November 30th. You’ll be able to find it at 🔗issuu.com/pinepress 🔗 and sent to the SHC alumni email list, and it’ll soon be added to the SHC website, too.
