One of the hardest things about being a consultant is giving a community advice and hoping they do something with it. Four years ago, our Joe Borgstrom was in Downtown Enterprise with Main Street Alabama doing a Real Estate Redevelopment Strategy. Joe returned to Enterprise today and got to see several of their properties successfully renovated. Way to go Enterprise!!
