Transportation Research Center is hiring Test Drivers, and we’re hosting a Hiring Event on Thursday, September 17, from 2–7 PM.

We’re hiring for:
• Full-time and part-time positions
• All shifts
• Premium weekend pay
• $200 weekly bonus when you work five days
• Flexible part-time schedules starting at three days per week
• On-the-spot offers for qualified candidates

We're excited to announce that Transportation Research Center has been selected to assume day-to-day management of a 5,500-acre automated driving and mobility testing facility outside the Phoenix suburb of Surprise, Arizona.

TRC will operate and support the Arizona proving ground, bringing TRC’s five decades of experience in transportation research, test-facility management, vehicle operations, safety protocols and advanced mobility validation to one of the nation’s most significant controlled testing environments for automated driving systems.

We’re excited to welcome Kevin Boehm to TRC as our new Manager of Performance Driving.

Kevin brings an incredible combination of championship-winning racing experience and deep engineering expertise to the team. From competing in GT4 America, TC America, and IMSA to his work as a Principal Engineer and test driver for an auto manufacturer, Kevin brings an incredible toolset to help our clients build the skills needed to test their products.

With 69 career wins, 111 podiums, multiple national championships, and years spent helping shape vehicle development, Kevin’s experience and passion for motorsports make him a huge addition to our team.

We're excited to introduce Teen SmartDrive, TRC's advanced driver training program for teens.

Teen SmartDrive gives young drivers hands-on experience in a safe, controlled environment where they can build confidence, improve hazard awareness, and practice accident avoidance techniques with experienced instructors.
