One of the biggest leadership mistakes is solving every problem yourself. It feels helpful. But over time it creates dependence. When someone brings you a problem, don’t immediately give them the answer. Instead ask: 👉 What do you think? 👉 What options do you see? 👉 What would you do if I wasn’t here? Great leaders don’t create followers. They create thinkers. They create problem-solvers. They create future leaders. If you’re always the answer… your team never learns how to find their own. Leadership is not about having all the answers. 👉 It’s about helping others discover them.
