The Stretch Solution

It’s a classic double tap to boop the snoot… if you watch the whole video you’ll know when ❤️ I’m not beneath exploiting the dogs 🤷🏻‍♀️

All jokes aside I am so grateful I get to help people feel better every day, THANK YOU for letting me do what I love. Ok… that’s all I wanted to say 🥰❤️

Here’s the thing… I have the most amazing and adventurous sister and she just deals with my sense of humor. Thank you for making these shirts, thank you for making this line of totality OFF THE COAST OF SPAIN happen, thank you for including me in all of the once in a lifetime time opportunities. We’re just checking all the things.. check .. check check check.. check!

Also thank goodness for the woman that made this collage and shared it with me ❤️🥰

You guys know Lucy and Taco but have you met Kellita yet? She was MUCH smaller when she was given to me when I moved into this new space but here we are… she’ll be repotted soon but until then I’ll still take her out for fresh air and a bit of sun ☀️ (while I can still move her 😅😂)

It’s a team effort around here… 🙄

This is your sign to do literally anything for your hips, shoulders, and low back today… ok GOODBYE!!

When I have the opportunity to teach Deload Week at unfortunately I’m not teaching your traditional yoga class… 😏

It’s less chasing poses and more understanding your body. Working for movement that feels good after the weight of the day or the weight of the bar (see what I did there, lol). Breath and structural support over the depth of poses and big strength moves have always been my focus. ♥️

Not everything is meant to be done alone.

Some things… like improving your mobility and flexibility… work better with TWO people.

I said what I said how I said it. You’re lucky it wasn’t a dad joke.

Lisstteeennnn…. Voice overs are just as hard as making a regular video and so was trying to use that brand new green band 😅😂

Before I lose you though!!

SUPPORTED SEATED POSTERIOR TILT WITH A BAND… it’s the first step to banded butterfly, banded knee drops… banded mobility stuff in general.

Your body does this too … just less cute 😂

Part of what we work on is helping your system not jump to a 10/10 response every time something feels off.

Less reacting.
More control.

Lucy is… still working on it. 🫣😂
