Did you know that the first 20-30 minutes of your day can essentially change your life! How are you spending it? In chaos or quiet reflection? In a rush or meditation? This is something you may need to plan out. Set your alarm so that you have 30 minutes alone every morning. Sip your coffee, write in your journal, read, meditate, pray.
