Law a legal wrong may be morally right. / Morality a moral wrong may be legally right.
Law there is definite agency to enforce law. / Morality there is no definite agency to enforce morality.
Law enforced by the ruling bodies of a country; state or a community. Morality there is no such significant body to enforce moral codes.
Law creates the constitution of a country. / Morality there is no direct connection with the constitution.
