CG Consulting and Training LLC. George J. Fleming is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Fleming is the Founder and Executive Director of C & G Consulting and Training, LLC (C & G).

He is a graduate of Clarion University and has worked in the Human Services field for the past 30 years. He realized at an early age that he had a compassion for the plight of human beings and a desire to serve them. His background includes several decades of administration and management of various alcohol, to***co and other drug treatment programs, residential group homes, mental health services

, reunification services, homeless shelters, and prevention services. In the last ten years Mr. Fleming began to notice a decline in funding streams into social services, which has lead to a decline in the quality of care for families and individuals. C & G was birthed out of his desire to see people reach their maximum potential and receive quality services. One of the core values of C & G is “We are in the business of people”.
