This week, Crawford hosted our first-ever Winter Academy, bringing together more than 80 team members from across the country. Pre-Construction, Cost Estimating, Expert Services, and staff joined together for hands-on training, collaboration, and meaningful conversations about where we are—and where we are headed.

The week also included some well-earned fun. Mary kicked things off with team-building bowling, followed by our annual holiday luncheon—a great reminder that the relationships we build are just as important as the work we do. We may not have many photos to share, but that is usually a sign of a great time.

Seeing 80 colleagues together in one place was a powerful reflection of Crawford’s growth over the years and the strength of the team behind it. Grateful for the energy, engagement, and commitment our people bring every day—and already looking forward to the next Winter Academy.
