1. Please shower before your appointment.
There is never a rush .. and we don't expect perfection - but freshness is appreciated. We are up close, and hygiene makes the session more comfortable for the both of us.
2.Don't apologize for your body.
We see every shape, size, scar, stretch marks, hair etc. None of that bothers us. We are here to do our job, don't make it awkward constantly apologizing for existing.
3. Your phone is the biggest vibe killerrrr!!! 😆
Constant interrupts with the bussing and ringing and answering calls mid session runs your relaxation and interrupts the flow. Silence 🤐 or turn it off If you can please.
Hmm .. maybe I will have a leave your phone in the car policy 😁
4.if you want results, you need consistency.
One massage every other six months won't fix chronic issues. Were good- we just not that type of magic
5.Tipping Matters more than you think.
You're not obligated, but if you loved the session- or want to build a relationship - tipping does make a difference.
6.Please don't flirt. It's not as of a good look as you may think.
Most massage therapist are trained to handle it, but it's very uncomfortable and unprofessional every time.
7. If it hurts too much, SAY SOMETHING.
We can't read minds. " No pain, no gain" and I need you to go deeper is not how massage works. Speak up and you'll get a much better session and recovery.
8. Show up on time- and understand that late time COMES OFF OF Your SESSION. Some really don't understand this.
If you are 15 minutes late , it becomes a 45- minute massage . Were not being rude or not considerate- we're staying on schedule.
9.The more honest you are, the better we can help you.
If you sit all day l, work out intensely, have injuries, surgery, or sleep weird- tell us. It completely changes how we treat you.
10. Your muscles didn't get tight overnight, and we CANT FIX overnight.
Healing takes work outside the massag room- stretching, hydration, posture, and stress management matter too. Take care of yourself 💚
