Commercial & Residential project experience has ranged in size in excess of 85 million dollars for both Core/shell construction, interior fit-ups as well as renovation / restoration projects. Jeff is an active board member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE)- Garden State Chapter # 26 in NJ serving as the Chapter's current President and its Communications Director. First, the Planning Commission and currently, the Zoning and Building code Board of Appeals.
