Widewaters Hotels is excited to announce that Daisy Chei has been appointed as the new General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester/Pittsford! Daisy started her hospitality career in 2012 and joined Widewaters Hotels in 2015 as a Front Office Manager at this hotel. She has held various positions within the company since then including most recently serving as the General Manager at the Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Victor where her team received numerous awards including the 2021 Hilton Award of Excellence! Please join us in congratulating her on her latest promotion, back to the hotel where it all started for her with Widewaters!

This past year and a half has been a trying one for all of our team members, but especially our housekeeping staff. Our housekeepers are dedicated and committed to showing up every day to clean and prepare for the next guest. The work is hard and yet they continue to push through, all with a smile on their face. We know for a fact that we wouldn't be able to do what we do, without them. Thank you to all of our housekeepers, we appreciate you!
