Cone Editions Press Cone Editions Press, founded in 1980 by Jon and Cathy Cone became Earth's first digital printmaking studio. It has three divisions.

It is a leading developer of photographic and fine art printing technology and prints for thousands of artists and photographers. clients can upload images and receive prints in a matter of days. Cone Editions Press has been publishing fine multiples since 1983. Included in the archives are etchings, woodcuts, screenprints, monoprints, photogravures, Iris prints, and Piezography prints of many internationally known artists and photographers. These prints are sold as collectors prints. JonCone Studio develops unique technology including software and inks for special artist projects. Amongst these projects are Richard Avedon's last living portfolio in which special archival inks were developed, and Gregory Colbert's "Ashes and Snow" Nomadic Museum exhibitions in which special monochromatic inks and software was developed to produce gigantic photographs on handmade Japanese papers.
