Networking company in Walpole, MA looking for an experienced bookkeeper to help with our accounting and office operations. This is an in-house position, however, there may be an opportunity for some aspects to be performed remotely.

Experience and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Accounts Payable and Receivable in QuickBooks, as well as ledger entries etc.
* Account reconciliation
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software
* Invoicing and collections
* Process bi-weekly payroll hours with Payroll company
* Track and record sick/personal time of employees
* Answer telephones and interact with customers daily

Seeking a Voice/Data Structured Cabling/Wireless Field Technician (New England)
ASCIO Wireless is a network integration and telecommunications company located in Massachusetts currently servicing the New England and surrounding area is seeking a voice / data technician for service and project work. Candidate must be able to demonstrate working knowledge in all cabling environments. Scope of knowledge should include structured cable, coax and fiber optics. Candidate must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and not be adverse to travel within the continental United States.
Following is an overview of the criteria that a candidate should possess:

* Knowledge of the deployment and certification of voice/data cable.

* Knowledge of wireless (LAN, WAN, Cellular) deployment is a plus.

* Knowledge of the use of hand power tools (drill, screw gun, saw, and etc.)

* Voice and Data Termination Tools required.

* Professional appearance is required.

* Excellent interpersonal skills.

* Flexible work schedule.

* Clean driving record required.

Position compensation is based upon experience with an incentive package based on performance
