Is your business one of the 90% that is overpaying for waste disposal and environmental recycling? What is your usage? Are you over-serviced? Most companies cannot accurately answer these basic questions! After analysis of your current operations, Talking Trash Consultants (TTC) experienced staff will answer these questions and provide options to reduce your costs. TTC’s experienced staff has over
fifty (50) years’ experience in Operations Management with one of the nation’s largest trash disposal firms, and Business and Acquisition Management experience with a fortune 500 company. We have the in-depth hands-on knowledge and experience to provide expert analysis of all your trash, recycling and scrap recovery operations, plus negotiation of contract terms including pricing. The result is reduced expenses with no increase in cost to our clients. The Q: Why hire TTC to manage your waste? The A: Can you afford not to hire us? Hiring Talking Trash Consultants requires:
No funding
No budgetary review
No capital outlay, and
No risk. You pay nothing unless we produce a cost savings in
your waste and recycling expenses!! TTC is not a waste hauling company; we are not a broker or equipment provider; we are independent waste and recycling consultants specializing in reducing your waste disposal costs and improving your bottom line. Unlike national programs provided by waste hauling companies with a profit objective on the waste collection services, we are cleanly aligned with your objective to achieve optimal efficiencies and expense savings. It is always our goal to work with your existing waste and recycling provider(s), but if they are not receptive to our cost savings recommendations we will prepare a package to competitive bid your requirements. TTC’s service is designed to help businesses reduce their waste and recycling costs. Simply put, we analyze your current waste and recycling programs to determine how we can improve them. We conduct a free audit and present supportable recommendations on how to reduce your waste and recycling costs. Upon approval of our recommendations we handle all efforts required for full implementation. We then continue to monitor your waste and recycling invoices making sure that the savings we promised are actually being realized. Our job is to protect your business interests every day. It's a big challenge just to identify the many pitfalls in waste service agreements, but managing contract details in a live contract can be a daunting and costly task. Without a dedicated waste contract management system, organizations are subject to price creep, lengthy renewal periods, onerous terms and compliance issues. By using TTC’s experienced staff, your company will be able to focus on your core business and outsource this burdensome and time consuming task to us. Our service requires almost no time commitment on your part. And best of all you only pay us when we produce savings. How many companies put their money where their mouth is? If we don’t deliver savings we don’t get paid. We are compensated by sharing in our client’s savings once they have been realized, quantified, and documented. The bottom line is that if we don’t save you money then there is absolutely no cost for our service. Our compensation is a share of the savings generated by us so there is no additional cost to you. You are simply paying us a portion of the money that you are already paying to your waste and environmental recycling providers. As stated previously, our primary focus is to help businesses reduce their waste and recycling costs. We bring years of trash hauling industry and business management experience and expertise to the table which allows us to build upon your company’s internal efforts. We do everything to save your company as much money as possible without compromising the quality of service that you deserve from a waste hauler. Our risk-free service allows you to lower your operating costs, saving you time and money. Please read on for an explanation of “How the process works” and Frequently Asked Questions. HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Agreement
We sign an Agreement under which we commit to conduct a free audit of your current waste and environmental recycling program and in return you agree to share with us, during the term of the Agreement, all savings that are achieved from reducing your waste and recycling costs. TTC is compensated from these savings. Once the Agreement is signed, we will:
Analyze current operations
We will thoroughly analyze your current operations to understand how your waste and environmental recyclable trash is being managed. Identify saving opportunities
We will identify saving opportunities by defining areas in which we can reduce expenses and make a substantial impact on your bottom line. Prepare financial analysis
We will prepare a financial analysis statement detailing expected results and exactly how much money you will save. Recommend improvements
We will provide comprehensive and easy to implement recommendations for the most cost effective improvements available. Develop/implement plan
We will utilize the data from our analysis to develop a plan that is tailored to your specific needs. We will work closely with you and/or your staff to ensure that our plan meets with your approval and is then expeditiously implemented. Obtaining your approval is a critical step in our process; so much time is devoted to the plan. Monitor
We will, for the term of our Agreement, monitor your invoices and immediately contact with the trash hauler to correct any error or overcharges. This will ensure that your expected savings are being achieved. Report
We will submit a report monthly showing actual results of your new waste management system so you can see how much money you are saving each month. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much of my time will be required? We require very little of your time. In the initial stages, we will require relevant invoices and contracts. We will also want to talk to the person(s) responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the trash disposal in your organization. Once we have this data, most of the work is done at our office. Occasionally we will require additional data, but for the most part your organization is not involved again until we submit our recommendations for your approval. What do you need from us in order to begin your analysis? We need current waste and environmental recycling data, e.g., processes relating to trash disposal, invoices and contracts, locations involved and permission to speak with your waste hauler, should the need arise. We review our invoices and contracts on a regular basis. Can you still help us? Yes. Many of our clients have already been proactive and diligent in researching ways to reduce their waste and environmental recycling costs. Even if you are skeptical of our ability to reduce your waste disposal expenses due to your current, in house effort, it does not cost you anything to have TTC review these ever increasing expenses. How long does the initial process take? Our initial review process typically takes anywhere from 15-30 days to perform a detailed analysis of your current situation. The time frame will vary based on the number of locations and the complexity of the waste stream being analyzed. How much savings do you typically find? We have reduced our client’s waste expenses up to 70%. What if I’m already under contract with my waste hauler? That is not a problem. In fact most of our clients are typically under contract with an existing hauler. We can work within the terms of your existing contract. You get immediate savings and don’t have to wait until the contract expires. This has no impact on our level of success. How are savings calculated? Savings are calculated by determining your current cost to dispose of your waste and subtracting the costs after the TTC audit. TTC only shares in the net savings
