Hello. I know sometimes it’s hard because people are doing all these amazing things and you’re just trying to make it through the day.
So I’m just here to remind you that making it through the day is the only necessary thing to find joy again and finding joy again is the only thing that matters, ever. So just make it through the day. More than enough.

- Look for opportunities to do small acts of kindness every day

- Whenever you remember a person who’s wronged you, feel compassion

- Center yourself in your heart before you speak to others
