We love this time of the year. Here are three wines that should be on your table this summer.

☀️ A sparkling, strawberry(ish), floral NEBBIOLO pet-nat from Dusty Jenkins at to sip on while you’re cooking.

☀️ A crisp, refreshing, mineral driven MELON from Chad and Bree Stock at to wash down all of the oysters, crab and spot prawns.

☀️ A peppery, blueberry(ish), smoky SYRAH from Morgan Lee at to match with all of your juicy steaks and chicken thighs on the grill.

THE ORCAS PROJECT X URSA MINOR: Summer Kick-off Event

Ursa Minor is excited to host Cole Sisson, owner of Doe Bay Wine Company & The Orcas Project, for this collaborative wine event. Cole will be pouring a curated selection of wines from The Orcas Project while we shuck oysters, fry up Ursa Minor’s crave-worthy fried chicken, and grill delectable meats. Expect a fun, casual gathering with delicious food, great wine, and excellent company — the perfect way to kick off summer on the island.

• Sunday, June 7th, 4-7pm.
• Ticket price gets you entry to the celebration + all you can eat oysters + fried chicken.
• Beverages will be sold separately
