Introducing our employee spotlight: Ta’Khiva Russell!
We’re excited to spotlight Ta’Khiva Russell, who joined the CPG team in May and has been part of the Atlanta Call Center since its initial rollout!
For Ta’Khiva, the best part of the job is the team and community around her. She enjoys taking on challenges, solving problems together, and helping create positive experiences through strong communication. Her approach to leadership is centered on patience, listening, and understanding that everyone learns differently. As Ta’Khiva puts it, “A leader understands that people learn in different ways, so meeting each individual on their level is important.”
Outside of work, Ta’Khiva enjoys DIY projects, creating home décor, exploring Atlanta’s trails, and cooking. She’s also pursuing her passion for cosmetology, with a talent for everything from hair and nails to lashes.
