Today, we are proud to recognize Security Officer Chad Castle for his outstanding courage, professionalism, and commitment to serving our community.

In June, while assigned to a Metro Transit platform, Officer Castle heard an emergency call coming from a nearby bus stop. Without hesitation, he responded to the scene, quickly assessed the individual, and administered Narcan. His calm decision-making, training, and immediate action saved the person's life.

Today, Officer Castle was presented with the Lifesaving Award in recognition of his heroic actions.
