Today, we are proud to recognize Security Officer Chad Castle for his outstanding courage, professionalism, and commitment to serving our community.

In June, while assigned to a Metro Transit platform, Officer Castle heard an emergency call coming from a nearby bus stop. Without hesitation, he responded to the scene, quickly assessed the individual, and administered Narcan. His calm decision-making, training, and immediate action saved the person's life.

Today, Officer Castle was presented with the Lifesaving Award in recognition of his heroic actions.

At Lincro Security, we believe our officers are more than security professionals—they are trained to make a difference when it matters most. Officer Castle's actions exemplify our commitment to protecting our communities through preparedness, compassion, and decisive action.

Please join us in congratulating Officer Chat Castle on this well-deserved honor. We are incredibly proud to have him as part of the Lincro Security family.

At Lincro, security goes far beyond basic patrols or a visible presence—we’re reshaping the standards of protection for both our clients and our dedicated officers.

We don’t just fill shifts. We invest in our teams, collaborating with them daily to ensure excellence. Our managers are hands-on leaders, out in the field alongside our officers, providing real-time support and guidance for proactive, attentive, and personalized service.

For example, a recent client noted how our officers’ swift response and strong teamwork diffused a tense situation, ensuring safety for everyone present. That’s what sets Lincro apart.
