Last week, the Pivot team got together for our first All-Team Meeting of 2023. To sum it up: we played, we celebrated, we reflected and we learned.

We kicked the event off with a pickleball social. Then we celebrated our Q4 successes and attended an unconscious bias training at the YMCA of the North. Thank you to everyone who attended and played a part in such a memorable team get-together.

Welcome to Pivot, Erin Heitkamp! As Senior VP of Operations, Erin is charged with implementing Pivot’s vision across all areas of our business, setting the charter for how we continue to reach our growth goals.

She brings more than 20 years of experience driving operational and sustainability initiatives across multiple industry sectors including airlines, investment, and food and agriculture. A hungry and experienced driver of change, Erin has served in multiple executive leadership roles overseeing functions including sustainability, marketing, branding, communications, procurement, supply chain, and industry and policy affairs.

Erin holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin and a M.E.M. from Yale University. She resides in St. Paul, Minn. with her husband and two daughters.
