Please join us in welcoming our newest consultant, Andrew Fischer Beard, Ed.D, to the Bridges team!

Dr. Andrew Beard, Ed.D., is an executive coach specializing in leadership development and culture change. Leveraging his background as a school administrator and professor, he is adept at building and supporting high-performing teams and facilitating adult learning. Through 1:1 coaching and team facilitation, he helps executives and teams realize their highest potential by building from their strengths and inspiring a growth mindset.

Before joining the Bridges team, Dr. Beard worked in public education and served as a school Principal. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University, St. Paul, where he teaches Masters-level courses in Educational Leadership. He has served on non-profit boards in the arts and is passionate about making the world a better place.

Dr. Beard received his Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Concordia College, Moorhead, and his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Concordia University, St. Paul. He lives in Maple Grove, MN, where you will often catch him on an outdoor adventure with his wife and daughter.
