📢 Disaster Assistance Update for the Rio Grande Valley
The U.S. Small Business Administration has amended its disaster declaration to include Cameron, Hidalgo, and Willacy Counties following the recent severe storms and tornadoes. Businesses, as well as residents and nonprofits, may now be eligible for low‑interest federal disaster loans.
📍 Local help is available! A Disaster Loan Outreach Center is now open in San Benito (705 N. Bowie St.), offering in‑person assistance with applications and questions.
