This is cool - it looks like Alchemy Cocktail Lounge is applying for a grant from the Edmond Economic Development Authority to install a streatery in Downtown Edmond!

The Planning Commission is set to consider a site plan application for OU Health FSED at W. 33rd and Santa Fe, just north of the CVS pharmacy.

This will be a stand-alone emergency room, and the second building in the Bristol Park commercial park.

Check out the City of Edmond, Government's new Development Tracker map. You can see zoning changes, site plan reviews, plat reviews, sign permits, and commercial construction.

According to reporting by our friends at Edmond Inbox, Edmond Planning Director Ken Bryan is call this a soft launch of the GIS application, which is still being testing and beefed up for public use.

TRAFFIC ALERT REMINDER: Phase 1 of the Edmond Road and Broadway intersection improvement project will begin Monday, October 19. Crews will complete concrete street panel replacement, traffic signal rehabilitation, ADA upgrades, and stormwater improvements.

During this phase, eastbound Edmond Road will be closed between Broadway & Fretz Avenue. No eastbound traffic will be permitted during this phase of work, which is expected to last approximately two weeks, weather permitting.

10.B. A presentation on the city's new Development Tracker Map, a new online GIS tool that makes information about development activity in Edmond more accessible.

10.C. A presentation and discussion of a proposed scope of work for a new Downtown Master Plan aimed at establishing a shared vision for the future of Downtown Edmond.
