Institute for Emerging Leaders

IEL is a transformational learning experience designed for high potential leaders looking for development through an intensive multi-da training.

Based in Oklahoma City, the Institute for Emerging Leaders (IEL) exists to identify and equip emerging leaders. The IEL experience is a multi-day program that is currently offered in three two-day experiences offered over a three-month period. Cohorts are designed for groups of 30 or fewer participants to promote team building and to ensure individual attention from faculty. Through IEL, participa

nts have direct access to the IEL faculty, proprietary curriculum designed specifically for emerging leaders and regular opportunities to interact with seasoned leaders. The ideal candidate for the program will possess a minimum of five years of work experience and has recently been placed in a role of increased responsibility (or is being prepared to do so within the next 1-3 years).

Yesterday was a big day for Oklahoma City—and a big day for the Institute for Emerging Leaders! 🎉🏀

As our city celebrated the incredible achievement of the Oklahoma City Thunder winning the NBA Finals championship, the Fellows of the Institute for Emerging Leaders (IEL) gathered for a meaningful afternoon of learning, connection, and giving back.

The community service project supported the HALO Project, a remarkable nonprofit founded in 2013 to serve foster and adoptive families across Oklahoma. HALO now supports over 240 families weekly, leads a statewide collaborative to train child welfare professionals, and develops preventative programs to help keep vulnerable children with their families.

We're also looking ahead with excitement: This fall marks the launch of Class XX and the 10th anniversary of IEL! It’s been a privilege to walk alongside so many inspiring leaders through the years, and we look forward to continuing the journey—together.
