Workhorse Coworking A barn-chic coworking space in the heart of downtown Edmonds committed to your productivity. We are the first coworking site in Edmonds, Washington.

Our location is a short walk from the ferry terminal, the train station, the bus depot and from the heart of beautiful downtown Edmonds. Our goal is to foster a community of hardworking, energetic individuals who will enjoy a beautiful place to work and will connect with their fellow workhorses. Caffe Ladro is partnering with us to supply high quality coffee. In addition, we feature a 4 tap kegerator with Kombucha, Cold brew and b**r. Community events are offered during the workday and the space is available for your large or small events after work and on the weekends.

We host a local Girl Scout group in the space, and they had a blast during their October meeting, making balloon cars and racing them outside on a gorgeous Edmonds kind of fall day!

As they made the cars, the Troop learned about Newton’s laws of motion, and then got to see them in action.

Our website got a beautiful new refresh, and the best part is it was built by one of our members!

Every day, we are blown away by our members and what they can do. This is just one of many, many examples.

Right around the corner from Workhorse, Niles Peacock is one of our favorite spots to grab a drink. Their cocktails are creative, beautifully made, and some even come topped with a big aromatase bubble. 👀
