A year ago, Restoration 1 of Olympia went through some pretty tough negotiations to help the McDougald family recover.

And when we say tough negotiations… we mean Rebecca made absolutely sure we were the right fit for her family.

She asked the hard questions, did her due diligence, and made Constantin work for the deal. As she should.

The good news? Negotiations ended on great terms, and we’re grateful the McDougald family trusted Restoration 1 to be there when they needed help most.

Looking back at these photos a year later just makes us smile. Sometimes the best customer relationships start with a little negotiation.
