I've found it very difficult to show up on socials for the last month and a half-ish. Nothing felt as urgent or important as the current state of our country and the horrendous actions being taken.
So I've quietly been taking action behind the scenes and focusing on my mental health, family and advocating in the ways that I am able to.
That said, silence born out of fear helps absolutely nobody.
If you agree with the basic principles of decency, kindness and love - thank you. The world needs your love now more than ever.
