Texana Energy is looking for a motivated and energetic individual(s) to join our team as a Roustabout crew and Operator. This position is responsible for the safe operation of all equipment in the oilfield. -Bolt Up Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain equipment in the oilfield
Perform routine safety checks on equipment and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Assist in the daily activities of the crew. This includes daily inspection of equipment and assisting in the daily operations of the field.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. The job includes, but is not limited to: safety, safety orientation, safety report writing, OSHA, safety compliance, safety training, safety orientation, etc. The job requires you to be alert for changes in your surroundings or changes in your equipment. You will be working in extreme temperatures, hot and cold. Climbing ladders and operating machinery on a regular basis. You will be lifting 50+ lbs multiple times a day!

Right of Way Agent

5+ years experience; Responsible for performing land and rights of way acquisition and permitting functions for new construction and operation projects within an assigned location; Assist with and develop preliminary pipeline routes, cost estimates and schedules for projects; prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims; prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property; identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies; investigate, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims; represent Company in public meetings and legal proceedings (Zoning and Planning Boards; County Commissioners Hearings); requires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor.
