Help your team do more without getting burned out...
Managing a team can get a little crazy at times...you got meetings, emails, project management, work-related issues, people-related issues, and the list goes on and on...
We all strive to do SOO much, and most of us wind up burned out and needing to be recharged.
Some of my fav takeaways from this short article:
✅Be energizing, not energetic
✅True leadership is realizing that you need to “give the work back” instead of being the hero who sweeps in and solves everybody’s problems.
✅Take a look at your own behavior yesterday and gauge the balance between giving and taking.
