Happy 1 Year Work Anniversary, Courtney Church Arseo! 🤍

I can’t believe it’s already been a year since Courtney joined Simplified Spaces. From the beginning, she jumped right in and has been willing to tackle whatever project we put in front of her, unpacking kitchens, organizing closets, garages, basements, and all the random spaces in between.

Courtney is dependable, hardworking, easygoing, and always brings such a calm energy (and a sweet tea) to our sessions. She has a great eye for making spaces function better, but even more importantly, she genuinely cares about our clients and making their homes feel easier.

I’m so thankful she said yes to joining this little business of mine and for everything she has brought to Simplified Spaces over the past year.

Cheers to one year, Courtney! So thankful you’re part of the team. 🤍✨

Our clients recently had their basement remodeled by Lantz Homes, and it turned out absolutely stunning! ✨

Courtney and I loved getting to come in after the remodel to unpack, organize, and set up their beautiful new kitchen. There’s something so satisfying about starting with a fresh space and creating simple systems from the very beginning.

Such a fun project from start to finish! 🤍

Simplified Spaces is FIVE! 🎉🤍

Five years ago, I started this little business with a love for organizing and helping people simplify their spaces. I could have never imagined all the places it would take me, the people I would meet, or how much it would grow.

From decluttering and organizing to moves, unpacking, creating systems, and some pretty amazing transformations. I have truly loved it all.

I’m so thankful for every client who has trusted us in their homes, every referral, every share, every kind word, and this community that continues to support Simplified Spaces.

And I’m especially thankful for the amazing team beside me who loves this work just as much as I do.

Cheers to FIVE years of Simplified Spaces and to whatever comes next! 🥂✨

Proud to partner with Metro Totes To Go! This is perfect for our clients who are moving.

✨ LOCAL PARTNER SPOTLIGHT: Simplified Spaces! ✨

I’m so excited to introduce another fantastic local business that Metro Totes To Go is proud to partner with - Simplified Spaces!

Owned by Nichole Alexander, Simplified Spaces helps individuals and families take control of clutter and create homes that feel more functional and manageable. From room-by-room organization and ongoing support to move management, Nichole and her team help clients tackle the areas that feel overwhelming and create solutions that work for their everyday lives.

What I especially appreciate about Simplified Spaces is their judgment-free approach. Getting organized can feel overwhelming, and having someone who can step in with practical ideas and encouragement can make such a difference.

And our businesses are such a natural fit!

Simplified Spaces offers move management services to help with everything from packing and unpacking to sorting and getting belongings settled into their new home. That’s where Metro Totes To Go comes in! Our clean, sturdy reusable totes give clients an easier way to pack and keep their belongings organized - without dealing with piles of cardboard boxes. Once they're finished, we come back and pick up the totes!

I also love that Nichole offers item removal and donation services, helping clients find a new home for things they no longer need whenever possible. ❤️

Connecting with hardworking local business owners like Nichole is one of my favorite parts of running Metro Totes To Go, and I’m so grateful to have Simplified Spaces as part of our local partner network!

How satisfying is this closet? 😍✨

Purses displayed, shoes organized, and accessories tucked neatly into drawers, everything has a place and is easy to see and grab.

Organized + functional = our favorite combination. 🤍

Scroll through to see today’s closet transformation! ✨

Not every organized space needs matching hangers, matching baskets, or all-new products. Sometimes it’s simply about making better use of what you already have.

For this closet, we utilized what the client already owned and created a space that feels more functional, organized, and easy to maintain. 🤍

A little closet transformation ✨

Sometimes it’s not about needing more space—it’s about making the space you have work better. Categorized, color coordinated, and so much easier to see what you own. 🤍
