Winery has been quiet this summer, however harvest season has brought it to life! Had a great elderberry harvest, Concords are ripe in the vineyard, and norton grapes have a couple weeks of getting sugar levels up while ripening. Sampling some blackberry wine and a hopefully gold medal batch of elderberry mead as these batches get racked for the last time before bottling. Happy harvest season!
