Our second speaker today at BNI BIG was Troy Adams with Hero Roofing, and he definitely brought something different to the room!

Troy is a family man, happily married, and someone who is deeply committed to doing what’s right for both his clients and the insurance companies he works with. He believes in honesty, education, and making sure homeowners truly understand what they’re getting when it comes to protecting their home.

Instead of a typical presentation, Troy gave us an interactive demonstration showing the impact hail can have on roofing materials and why Hero Roofing’s shingles stand apart from the standard builder-grade products commonly found on the market today. It was hands-on, informative, and honestly a really great way to help everyone understand the value behind quality materials.

This morning at BNI BIG, we got to hear from Justin Walker—and it was one of those presentations that sticks with you.

He shared where his work ethic really comes from… his dad. After losing him to COVID-19, Justin made a decision to carry that drive forward every single day. Not just in life, but in the way he shows up for his work, his clients, and his family.

And it shows.

He walked us through his electrical panel work, and when I say meticulous—I mean it. Clean, organized, intentional… the kind of work that most people will never see, but absolutely matters. That’s pride in your craft.

What stood out most though wasn’t just the quality of his work—it was his story. Justin’s had a tough road, but he’s completely turned things around. Every day he’s pushing to be better, to build something solid, and to make both his dad and his son proud.
