Drainage, Culvert & Grading

This project included the installation of a 42-inch concrete culvert to provide improved drainage and reliable water flow through the property. We completed the excavation, properly set the culvert, and stabilized both the inlet and outlet with rip rap to help prevent erosion and protect the installation.

We also completed extensive grading and site preparation around the pond, including leveling and shaping the backside of the pond dam to create a smooth, consistent grade and improve drainage across the area.

The project was finished with a new concrete crossing, tying the drainage improvements and grading work together.

🚧 Drainage System Replacement! 🚧

This project involved replacing a failing drainage system that was no longer properly handling water flow around the property. We removed the old system and installed a new, high-quality drainage solution designed for long-term performance.

✅ Installed Schedule 40 PVC pipe for added strength and durability
✅ Installed three catch basins to improve surface water collection
✅ Tied the system into two existing gutter drains
✅ Properly graded and connected the drainage lines for efficient water flow
✅ Cleaned up and restored the work area upon completion

This project came with some unfortunate circumstances. The property suffered extensive storm damage, leaving behind countless downed trees, broken timber, and a landscape that had been completely changed.
