Wow, what a response! We have just a few spots left in our January class before I cap it off. I like to keep our class sizes small, so that students can learn, ask questions, and not become lost to the back row.

Our focus is on education, and learning. Not large class sizes or minimum numbers of students to host a class. We will even do a one on one class, if that's what it takes to help you, or your Team, learn.
Our instruction consists of a no pressure, positive learning environment. Everyone learns at a different pace, and that's okay.
I started doing this, to help my own Team become certified. I watched as they struggled with other instructors, and lost confidence in themselves. I saw businesses waste money on lost training opportunities from other companies that focused on maximum numbers of students and a focus on the scheduled finish time. Where as I focus on the finish line, and getting everyone the best opportunity to cross it!
We offer training and proctored tests for the ServSafe Food Manager. Successful completion of this course and its exam will meet the Illinois requirement to become a Certified Food Protection Manager.
