It’s amazing how many people think I am an extrovert where in reality I am the complete opposite.

Networking, building community, making friends did not come naturally to me.

It was something that I worked at for decades to become the woman I am today.

I learned to get on the other side of fear of speaking to people and I am so glad I did.

Did all this inner work change me into an extrovert?

Absolutely not.

I still struggle with the shy child inside.

But I remind myself how good it feels to connect with others and make a positive impact to my peers, to find commonalities, and bring people together.

Truthfully when I host and attend networking events, I still get nervous. Sometimes I overthink and I recharge in silence.

But I still show up.

Because ultimately the right conversations, the real ones, are worth it!

So tell me, are you an introvert or extrovert?

To my community of women who constantly give of themselves and actively support one another, I see you! ❤️

Over the years so many of you have touched my life in many different ways.

Since the inception of CORE Women’s Network, we have grown together, cultivated new friendships, strengthened lifelong relationships and got out of our comfort zones. 💪

All lessons I have learned have been positive, even though a couple did not feel so at the moment, but ultimately everything was a blessing! 🙏🏻

May each one of you celebrate your accomplishments this weekend and don't forget to LOVE yourself! ❤️🩷❤️

I am the oldest in this photo and yet feel like a giddy child inside.

I am grateful for our CORE Community who continues to show up.

As we continue to move forward, I am returning our CORE meet ups to our small group sessions where we can truly connect and collaborate.

Don’t worry, I will keep the fun themes and the famous coconut chicken in the mix!

In the meantime, keep sharing your events and products with me so that I can help spread the word!
