I’ve learned a lot from working with big business, but I get much more satisfaction sharing what I know with small business owners. It’s where my heart is.
Small businesses are the driving engine of our economy. Yet information, resources, and trending strategies are almost exclusively directed to the over-served, big-business sector. Small businesses create the texture and personality of our city. They are home to what I feel are the forgotten CEOs. The ones with boots on the ground in our communities. They support local culture and economies face-to-face, every day.
Small businesses are able to move faster, try new things and innovate in ways the giants can’t. Every big business started out as a smart small business. Their health and survival are critical.
