I just found out from one of my tenant, Tim Ralph of RoadTime RV that the trailer manufacturer Silver Streak had their best month in their 60-year history! He also helped a friend in Glendale work in his dealership until they closed it down because they sold everything and the manufacturers are on backorder!
On another note, my daughter just told me that the humane society is out of dogs! They have all been adopted. Also, pet shops are running out of fish and other pets due to the high demand. What other businesses are you seeing take off due to the current situation?

Lots of exciting stuff going on at ECBC! The nutritionist expanded and took on another office space. Their customer base and quality clientele are increasing rapidly. I’ll bet they need their own building by the end of next year! Nice to see the business growing. Our IT guru (Jemnet) has made some awesome strides in cyber-security. Many of his new clients have found his data backup system affordable and efficient and a great piece of mind! Still his biggest plus is getting together with his clients at least quarterly and reviewing their IT needs and how it can reduce their operating expenses and increase efficiency. Good bottom-line results!
