f each individual customer. Security First works closely with each individual client to gain an understanding of their needs and an understanding of any perimeter that needs to be secured to develop a specialized security plan that suits their needs and their budget. The thing that truly sets Security First apart is it’s commitment to customer service and unyielding effort to ensure satisfaction with a “Wow!” factor for every client. Our guards and patrols are not only competent and skilled, but they are knowledgeable and helpful to the patrons of the client. They will interact with patrons onsite with a pleasant and helpful demeanor, while staying alert to their surroundings and maintaining a presence that deters crime. We’ve all had the experience at one time or another when we have approached a security guard and asked them where the bathroom is, where an office or suite is, or a similarly simple question, and received the response “I don’t know, I work for a contract company, not the property”, or similar answer. That will never happen with our guards. In fact, our guards will greet the patrons with a smile, walk them to the nearest bathroom, or help them locate an office or suite if the guard is not sure of the location. Our guards will serve not only the client’s property, but the client’s patrons. That’s the Security First difference.
