I started using essential oils (EO's) over four years ago. I wanted to have a natural child birth and all natural remedy's I found had to do with essential oils. One thing led to another and I have been led down a path of natural wellness and health. EO's are extracts from plants that carry special nutrients that our bodies desire and require. Personally I have been able to stay out of prolonged c

olds while working a retail based full time job, and protect my family from the same. I have also benefited in helping my digestive system, nervous system, and promote better sleeping habits.
