Saturday night was pure energy—adrenaline, speed, and muscle… all of it.

hosted Night Shift, and the gym rats showed up and showed out.

The whole place was turned all the way up.

I had two standout moments from the night. First, one of my people doubled back for dinner two nights in a row—and brought a friend with him. That kind of love? Yeah, that meant everything.

But listen… the real icing on the cake was that massage. Baby… when I tell you I almost proposed, I said I could marry her—if I liked women—but I don’t! 😂 She put something serious on me.

Keep your eyes open and your ears to the streets for the Night Shift series by trust me, those are night events you don’t want to miss!

If you haven’t gone to see Michael yet, I definitely recommend it.

It was a really good film overall.

There’s a heartfelt moment where his mom feels like she’s to blame for the way his father treated him, and that part really was a tear jerker.

But beyond that, the movie is powerful from start to finish.

The music and performance side is just as strong as the emotional storytelling, which makes it a well-rounded and impactful experience.

I bought ceviche two days in a row and finally told myself, No—you know how to make this.

It’s easy! So I picked up the ingredients, made it myself, and brought it to work.

It turned out delicious. I’m never buying ceviche again.

I had to pull up on because I kept seeing that fried oyster mushroom sandwich on those homemade buns… and listen—ain’t nobody out here doing it like her.

P.E.R.I.O.D.

When I tell you this sandwich was on another level… I mean levels on top of levels on top of levels.

Crunchy, perfectly seasoned, full of flavor in every bite.

And that soft, fresh bun? Whew. Unreal.

And don’t even get me started on that cinnamon roll.

Baby… soft, buttery, dripping with glaze that just melts in your mouth, with those nuts bringing it all the way home. Straight heaven.
