Production Manager – Custom Printing & Engraving Shop
Location: El Dorado, AR

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Manager to help keep our shop running smoothly! We specialize in screen printing, digital printing, engraving, embroidery, and direct-to-film (DTF) printing — and we need someone who can keep projects moving, equipment running, and our team organized and motivated.

What You’ll Do
Oversee daily production across all departments (screen printing, engraving, embroidery, digital, and DTF).
Schedule jobs, manage timelines, and make sure orders go out on time.
Keep equipment maintained and handle small repairs or coordinate service when needed.
Manage inventory of blanks, inks, material, and supplies so we’re never short.
Work closely with everyone to make sure customer orders are accurate and meet our quality standards.
Lead and support production staff — giving direction, solving problems, and helping the team stay on track.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in printing, embroidery, or production management (bonus if you’ve worked in a custom shop).
Strong organizational and communication skills — you’re the kind of person who keeps things moving.
Comfortable leading a team and setting the pace for quality work.
Basic mechanical know-how for keeping equipment in good shape.
A positive attitude and a “get it done” approach — we’re a small team, and everyone pitches in!

Job Title: Production Associate – Sign & T-Shirt Printing
Location: El Dorado, AR
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Reports To: Owner / Production Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our fast-paced sign and t-shirt printing business. The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, and takes pride in producing high-quality products. You’ll be responsible for operating printing equipment, preparing materials, assembling signage, and assisting with custom apparel printing.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain vinyl cutters, heat presses, screen printers, wide-format printers, and other production equipment
Prepare and apply vinyl graphics to signs, banners, vehicles, and apparel
Set up artwork for screen printing
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before packaging or installation
Keep a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory management of blank apparel and sign materials
Communicate effectively with team members and occasionally with customers
Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in sign making or apparel printing preferred, but not required—willing to train the right person
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Work Environment:
Workshop/production floor environment with exposure to ink, heat presses, dryers(heat), cutting tools, and occasional outdoor installation work
Regular use of hands and machinery; attention to safety protocols is essential

Compensation:
Starting wage: Depends on Experience
