Today at the ASCO 2026 Annual Meeting in Chicago, our team presented updated interim Phase 2 data on FID-007 in combination with cetuximab in patients with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).

The updated dataset showed an objective response rate of 61.9% and a manageable safety profile, with activity observed in both HPV-related and HPV-unrelated disease. A Phase 3 study is planned.

We're excited to announce a significant expansion of Fulgent's cardiovascular test menu. The update spans cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, lipid disorders, and more, with 99 newly added genes on our Comprehensive Cardiovascular NGS Panel (now 363 genes total) and a brand-new Comprehensive Dyslipidemia Panel.

A few of the updated panels:

Each year, roughly 73,000 people in the U.S. and 930,000 people worldwide are diagnosed with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma ( ). For more than half, the disease will recur or progress to a metastatic stage, where treatment options remain limited.

We're encouraged to share that the full abstract from our Phase 2 study of FID-007 in combination with cetuximab is now available on the ASCO 2026 website (https://www.asco.org/annual-meeting) as well as Fulgent’s IR site (https://ir.fulgentgenetics.com/news-events/presentations). Interim data show meaningful clinical activity in this hard-to-treat population, with an objective response rate of 60% and a favorable safety profile across both dosing arms.

May is Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD) Awareness Month, and we're marking it with significant expansions to two of our connective tissue panels.

Ehlers-Danlos syndromes and related connective tissue disorders can present with a wide range of symptoms across multiple body systems, often overlapping with other conditions. Identifying the underlying genetic etiology can shift care toward more personalized treatment and symptom management.

Two panel updates to know about:

🔶 Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) Panel: 17 new genes added, for a new total of 39. Includes genes associated with all 13 EDS types.

🔶 Comprehensive Connective Tissue Disease Panel (renamed and expanded from our previous Connective Tissue Disease Panel): 56 new genes added, for a new total of 119. The 1970's marked an increase in clinical lab usage that parallelled a shortage of lab technicians, which has remained an unfortunate trend to this day. In 2020, that shortage was keenly felt as the COVID pandemic caused a surge in lab testing. Lab workers are the all-too-often unsung heroes of healthcare.

The latest findings on the efficacy of Fulgent's nano-encapsulated anti-tumor drug FID-007 will be presented at this year's American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) meeting.

We're proud to announce that our abstract, “FID-007 in combination with cetuximab in recurrent or metastatic (R/M) head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC)”, will be featured at the Head and Neck Cancer Track of the ASCO rapid oral abstract session on June 1, 2026, from 4:30pm to 6:00pm (CDT) in hall D1 of McCormick Place, Chicago.

The Phase 2 study is designed to evaluate the efficacy of different dosing regimens as well as to characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) and safety and tolerability of FID-007 in combination with cetuximab in patients with disease progression after treatment with PD-L1-based immune checkpoint inhibitor.
