Bringing the luxury of a fine-dining restaurant into the comfort of your home, as well as, adding time to your day. I make gourmet food for your loved ones- including your dog family.

After graduating culinary school in 2004, I earned value knowledge in the hospitality industry. From catering, personal chef work, and working the line- i put in time to learn techniques and create art on plates. Attaining my Business degree in 2017 was supposed to be my ticket to opening my own restaurant, but using my experience, I created KeepingIt.P.C., Personal Chef Service.

Since 2020, ive been inside people's homes here in west Texas. After many years, I service 1 family daily and 4 families weekly. Also, this year I partnered with a local dog daycare to launch "Puppy Pantry" where i curate gourmet food and treats for dogs.
My style of cooking is continental, meaning i can cook any cuisine under the sun. As the years of personal chef work have gone by, I have researched numerous cuisines and techniques to keep my menus fresh for clientele. Some specialties that I "wow" my clients with are Beef Wellington, 7-course dinners, and Wine-paired menus. I can accommodate most diets and allergy needs, as well as count macros for meal preparations. Food-handlers and ServeSafe certified for further trust to clients.

Six years and thousands of plates later, my passion remains the same: creating that 'hush' that falls over a room when the first course is served. I’m ready to bring a world-class culinary experience to your kitchen.

Whole fish vs Fillet 🐟

​Eating a whole fish offers superior benefits over just the fillet. Nutritionally, the skin and bones provide more Omega-3s, collagen, and essential minerals like calcium and zinc. Cooking the fish whole enhances flavor and moisture retention because the skin and bones act as natural insulation and release flavorful fats. As an added bonus, buying whole fish is often more cost-effective, and the remnants can be used to make rich fish stock.

Recipe is a whole branzino seasoned throughout with olive oil and dry seasoning blend. Roasted, with lemon/lime wheels and bell peppers, for about 25 minutes at 450°, and finished in broiler for 2-5 minutes. Broccolini is trimmed, blanched, and roasted. Starch is a tri-colored cous cous cooked in vegetable stock. Final drizzle with a fresh chopped Gremolata.
