Our focus today is to scrutinize Mexican regulations and the facilitation of foreign trade. Our analysis, regrettably, reveals a nation that has overlooked the significance of trade facilitation, opting instead for an inconsistent approach to tax collection that undermines the industry. Despite this, we maintain hope that the forthcoming administration will recognize the critical nature of foreign trade, demonstrating a willingness to collaborate with an industry that sustains over 10 million jobs.
