Consistency in the Kitchen and Weight room are equally important to maximizing growth and seeing real results in your fitness and overall appearance.
-
Eighty percent of it is having the discipline in your diet to reach your needed caloric intake with nutritious food.
-
Yeah you can get full off Burger King or some other random sandwich but you leave yourself without room for vital nutrients that are need to keep your body performing at its optimal level.
-
So be smart on whatever your eating, key tips: lean beef, sirloin steaks versus ribeyes, include fish & chicken, veggies the more color the better; A serving of meat size of your palm, veggies size of your diet, it’s as simple as that.
-
In the gym nothing should distract you, it’s your time for you only, use weights that you can control with great form and engage the muscle groups you are targeting fully! Heavy weight is not the only key to muscle growth and definition.
-
PS: If you happen to eat to much (cheat meal or on the go) add a couple extra reps to each set and finish the workout with ten minutes of HIIT.
