⚠️ Fast Connect Service Update

Yesterday, we experienced a failure of the air conditioning systems at one of our telecom shelters. Our team has been working through the night to keep the equipment as cool as possible and keep services running.

Unfortunately, despite those efforts, some of the equipment overheated and failed. Our team worked as quickly as possible to replace and repair the affected equipment and restore service.

The failed AC units are scheduled to be replaced this morning, which will get the shelter back to normal operating conditions.

We sincerely apologize to everyone who was impacted. Please know that when an issue like this happens, our team is working around the clock to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We take the reliability of Fast Connect seriously and will continue doing everything we can to provide the best service possible to our community.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for choosing El Reno Fast Connect. 💚
