October 13th I was invited to speak at the Regional Utility Arborist Association conference held in Liverpool, NY. Approximately 50 professionals representing several Utility Arborist Companies and Utilities from the Northeast United States were in attendance. The topic was "The Value of Third Party Safety Assessments in the Improvement of Organizational Safety Culture". Thank you UAA for the engaging afternoon!!

The morning session I presented on “Transformation Leadership” and the afternoon session I presented on “Human Performance”. Approximately 525 Professionals attended this year’s Summit. It was so nice to see everyone again.! Thank you Dival for the invitation..!!!!
