Whether you're aiming to declutter, live more sustainably, or finally tackle that mystery corner in your garage (you know the one), we’re here to help you make it happen responsibly.

Here are a few resolutions that Flat Can Recycling is ready to support:

✅ Recycle more, and recycle right...
We take the guesswork out of tricky items like aerosols, batteries, smoke detectors, and more.

✅ Declutter without dumping...
That old car seat or expired fire extinguisher? We’ll help you clear it out without sending it to the landfill.

✅ Live greener in small, meaningful ways...
Responsible recycling is a simple step that adds up. And we’re all about simple.

✅Finally drop off that pile of “I don’t know where this goes” stuff...
If it’s been sitting in your trunk since fall, now’s the time to take care of it.

This holiday, consider giving gifts that give back (and don’t end up in a landfill by New Year’s).

Think jackets made from pop bottles, binders built from recycled paper, and bonus points for wrapping them in last year’s comics or a paper bag masterpiece.

Smart gifts. Less waste. More wonder!

Hello from Flat Can Recycling

Hi! We’re Flat Can Recycling, a culture-based recycling company in Gilberts, IL. We got started in 2014 because we felt it was due time to close the loop on the product life cycle of aerosol paint.

Our mission is to recycle every part of the empty aerosol paint can (including the residual paint) resulting in zero landfill waste. We do this by bridging the gap between retailers, distributors, manufacturers, and municipalities and experts in the responsible disposal of specialized materials.

For the last six years, our customers and employees have taken a leap of faith by supporting our grassroots idea to mitigate the damage to our environment by recycling toxic industry materials. Today, we’re proud to be doing right by our environment. And our partners continuously attest to how easy we make it for them to do good too.
